What are some good stores for moderate scene/urban clothing and jewelery?

I live in a small town in Canada, and am looking for some online sites that sell scene or urban clothing and jewelery. I already know about urban outfitters, etc. I am especially looking for sites (in and out of country) that sell colorful scene jewelery.

    You do not have to go to malls to buy, you can go to take a look at some websites, that the above have a lot of nice clothes.
