The Stability Ball Ab Exercise
Doing the Stability Ball Ab Exercise will help improve your abdominals and core. For this exercise, you will need a stability ball and an open space. Lay on the floor in a position where your arms can be place over your head, while holding the stability ball. Crunch and raise your arms so they meet at the same time in the air. After mastering that task, pass the ball from your hands to your feet, and then lower your arms that so your legs can go back to the floor. Continue with the same motion which allows your arms and legs to meet at midsection with the ball.
