Where’s the best shopping in NYC for designer clothing&accesories?

I’ve been to Century21, and I love it.
I’m planning to go to Macy’s, and definitely 5th Avenue & Soho
Any other must-see places? Or any specific stores on 5th or Soho?
Is there any like good places for bargains on designer wear?
And I’m not interested in Chinatown, as I’ve been there plenty of times.
