Where can i shop for nice and designer clothing in Brussels?

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

I am going to Brussels, and i want to SHOP for nice europeen clothing, i am 14 with lots of style, and i need some great spots;)
thankss

Downtown Brussels :
main shopping street for teenagers is called the "Rue Neuve" between the StockExchange building (La Bourse) the Rue des Fripiers and the Place Rogier.

Uptown Brussels:
main shopping street for teenagers is the "Chaussée d’Ixelles" starting at the Porte de Namur, perpendicular to the poshy "Toison d"Or ". Toison d’Or, Boulevard de Waterloo & Avenue Louise are the 3 poshy avenues showcasing exclusive designer’s wear. Rue de Namur has also very nice stuff to offer.
Being 14 years old, i’ll strongly suggest Rue Neuve & Chaussée d’Ixelles as both offer – basically – the same brands (Esprit, Cassis, Mango, etc…), fashionable clothing at normal prices for Belgium contrary to Av. Louise & Toison d’Or where you’ll find very expensive brands e.g. YSL, Gucci, etc….

Hope this helps.

Need a good logo design for my designer clothing brand?

Saturday, November 14th, 2009

Ive came up with a name for my designer clothing brand but now i need a realy good logo which people could just remeber the brand name by just looking at the logo rather than having the name. What do you think would be a good logo for a designer clothing brand begining with the letter C? (Im not saying what the name is because dont want it to be stolen) Try and explain it to please?

Thanks

Stefan Naylor

How about the copywright sign, The letter c in a circle?

Are there any shopping outlets near Manhattan with designer sample clothing?

Wednesday, November 11th, 2009

Are there any shopping outlets in or near Manhattan with designer sample clothing? or any other great outlet stores like abercrombie, express, BR, stores like that?

The stores you listed aren’t designer… they’res sample sales going on year round from various designers. Check sales update threads on clothing interest sites, for info on these.

I have started a designer clothing label and have produced an initial run in order to promote and sell?

Sunday, November 8th, 2009

my brand. I’m thinking of floating some around local independent designer shops, sell online, but ideally I need to seek investment in order to develop more designs. The samples produced really do promote the branding strongly. Any ideas who I could aproach, who may be interested in either investing or getting involved for a percentage of the business?

Try looking for a business angel (just google that) there are many companies that act as directories for business angels and venture capitalists, partnering people like yourself up with suitable business angles. They match you by a criteria set by yourself and the interested angel. A business angel is something like a silent partner, they have a lot of business exp. and are looking for people to invest their money in and help you get your business off the ground, and make money themselves obviously!
Hope this helps and best of luck

I love the dress Jennifer Love Hewitt wore to the 27 Dresses premiere, but have not found any information on its designer, Dorothy Amos. Does anyone have any information on her designs, or where to buy them? Thanks for your help!

What is it with people wearing fake designer clothing, fake designer sunglasses or fake designer bags?

Monday, November 2nd, 2009

Would you wear a designer knockoff?

I can understand why people decide to wear fake clothing. Some people do not have enough money to go out and buy the real items so they resort to wearing fake goods as they like the design or the thought of being able to wear clothes that others think are real.

I personally don’t wear fake designer gear but i never pay really high prices for the genuine stuff either. If you know where to search for such items you would be surprised at how little you can purchase them for. I usually shop at an online store called www.trendjunky.co.uk

They have very competitive prices and their service is 2nd to none. Their online store is nothing flash but the items they sell are all genuine items and at prices which are cheaper than high street shops. Their shipping costs are fantastic as well.
